Local Skills Improvement Plans (LSIPs) are funded by the Department for Education and are designed to ensure that training provision better reflects what employers need. By bringing employers, training providers and local partners together, LSIPs create a clear, actionable blueprint for improving skills and supporting better job opportunities.
As we move into the next phase of the West London LSIP, we’re refreshing the plan and want to make sure it reflects real-world challenges and priorities. Your input will help ensure that the recommendations we make are practical, achievable and able to deliver genuine impact.
This is an open, discussion-based session where you can share your experiences, speak about skills gaps you’re facing, and influence the future of local training provision. This session will be focusing on the Health and Social Care sector.
