Gareth Blake

After training as a chef, Gareth went on to study Hospitality management at Bournemouth University. He then spent 5 years working in Front office. He left as Assistant Front of House Manager to pursue his career in HR in 2005. Since 2005 he did a Post Graduate diploma in HR Management and has worked as an HR manager for over 7 years. He has been working at the Copthorne Tara for 3 years.
