James Ferguson

 

James’s day job is as a tax partner advising multinational companies across a wide variety of sectors.  Outside of this, he pioneered a scheme to try and resolve the challenge of affordable, good quality housing in London for the many graduates recruited each year by Deloitte.  Following a survey of the graduates confirming they would welcome help from the firm in find housing, the initial step was taken by agreeing favourable terms for graduates at the former Olympic Village in Stratford, East London in partnership with Get Living London. 

 

The scheme is now in its third year and is able to offer preferential terms to London graduates across a number of sites.  The initiative has attracted interest from Government and other employers as a cost effective way for employers to work together with the growing PRS sector in London.
