Nexus Upstream and West London Business are excited to invite you to our second Digital Creative Network West of 2026, this time travelling to the Chiswick Park end of Golden Mile London - the UK's largest creative tech innovation district.

Where creativity meets technology in West London - showcase talks + networking + drinks + pizza!

The Digital Creative Network West (DCNW) is an exciting opportunity to convene large anchor organisations, start-ups and academia and accelerate innovation in west London.

DCNW promotes collaboration and accelerated innovation between the creative and technology sectors to support our digital creative ecosystems. Not only does West London have an incredible history of media and innovation, it also has a competitive advantage, with superior connectivity, major studios, international screen corporates, strong supply chain and in-demand talent. Organic growth has seen the sector thrive but in the White City Innovation District and now the Golden Mile too, DCNW boosts collaboration between industry, academia and local government to address a number of shared priorities around talent, space, innovation and sustainability.

Join us for the latest in our series of inspirational talks from industry leaders with sector-leading expertise across film, esports and more! This is followed by Q&A & networking with like-minded creatives.

Who Should Come?

All those who work in TV/Film, media, gaming, advertising and the wider digital creative space in West London (or close enough!) – regardless of size of organisation. If you love innovation, care about collaboration, want to solve common challenges and enjoy meeting like-minded creatives, this is the place for you.

The Digital Creative Network West Community: The West London Boroughs (via West London Alliance), West London Business, Nexus Upstream, Golden Mile London, Film London and London & Partners, are working together to promote the screen industries within WestTech London, a globally significant corridor.

Our Speakers

Stuart Wright - SEGA

Rob Fowler - Brompton Tech

Rob might not have been with Brompton on the official date of its origin – the day the first processor shipped – but he was very much part of that day. At the time, he worked for a rental company and helped take delivery of the shipment. It wasn’t long after that, in March 2013, that he joined and became Brompton’s first full-time employee. On joining, Rob briefly held the title ‘Partner Programme Manager’. “It was one of those, ‘What does that mean exactly?’” titles, Rob jokes, but the title could point in a few different directions – he was involved in the programme to bring other manufacturer and end-user partners on board, he provided technical support and conducted customer training. He was also doing a degree of business development even then, and as the company grew and his role evolved, that was the part of the business he found himself spending more and more time on – first as business development manager and then, from September 2019, as director of business development.

...and more speakers to be revealed soon!
