Description

The West London Property Lunch series has been gathering 70+ influencers from the property, construction and planning sector for over a decade. Previous speakers include Sir Edward Lister, James Murray, and Liz Peace.

This edition is exploring opportunities and developments in London Borough of Hounslow’s Great West Corridor Opportunity Area.  Over the past four years this home to 46% of London’s broadcast sector jobs has been designated a Mayoral Creative Enterprise Zone and has welcomed new creative firms into the area alongside long-established businesses such as Sky and QVC.

This Property Lunch panel will focus on recent projects in the Opportunity Area including Brentford FC and the restoration of Boston Manor House, now home to part of Jimmy Choo’s London Fashion Academy.  It will also look forward and discuss the Council’s vision for the Opportunity Area as the first phase of Ballymore’s Brentford town centre regeneration nears completion and the GSK House site is looking for its future role in the local economy.
