Park Royal Business Group Breakfast Forums are a space to network and discuss pertinent issues with fellow businesses from Park Royal and further afield over a cooked breakfast, tea and coffee. Join us in person for our third session of the year where we will be discussing the all-important topic of skills and employment, kindly supported by the Shaw Trust.
This event is usually oversubscribed, so please register your interest now before space runs out!
Getting There and Parking: There is adequate parking at Hampton by Hilton. The Hotel is a one minute walk from Park Royal tube station (Piccadilly) and a five minute walk from Hanger Lane (Central). The nearest bus stop is Park Royal Station served by 95 and 487.

Diana Stefan, Third Party Probation Advisor, DWP West London

Jobs Guarantee Initiative.

Filling in the details and explaining more about the recently announced Jobs Guarantee initiative. As part of the wider £820 million youth guarantee, the programme is designed to break the cycle of long term unemployment by pairing participants with supportive employers, while providing 'wraparound' support, training and development.

A results‑driven public sector professional with a BSc in Banking and Finance and a strong record of delivering meaningful impact across government. Diana's career spans analytical work, strategic partnerships, policy development and front‑line service improvement — giving her a unique blend of financial discipline, people‑focused problem‑solving and cross‑government collaboration.
As a Third Party Provision Adviser for DWP West London, Diana leads a diverse portfolio of partnership projects that support some of the most vulnerable individuals in our communities. She works closely with councils, charities, employers, veterans’ organisations, housing teams and health services to ensure people receive the right help at the right time. This involves assessing complex needs, coordinating multi‑agency support, and building effective relationships that improve outcomes and strengthen local service delivery.
Dr Shriti Pattani OBE, Clinical Director/Consultant in Occupational Medicine, NHS England

Dr Shriti Pattani is the National Clinical Expert in Occupational Health and Wellbeing for NHS England. She is also the Clinical Director and head of service for Occupational Health and Wellbeing in an acute Trust in London. She has also worked as a GP for 25 years in the NHS and is the immediate past president of the Society of Occupational Medicine. She is currently heading up the 'Connect to Work' scheme with Shaw Trust.
She is passionate about education and training and is the course director for the diploma course in occupational medicine for the Royal Society for Public Health and is an honorary senior lecture for Imperial College.
Dr Pattani’s expertise is ‘health of healthcare workers’ and she is passionate about providing access to occupational health and safety services for all people of working age. She is the Global Health & Work Clinical Advisor (Occupational Health, Safety & Wellbeing), with the NHSE Global team.
She is an external subject matter expert to WHO and part of the external technical advisory group to development of a joint WHO/ILO global policy brief on enhancing safety, health, and wellbeing in the workplace. She was awarded an OBE in the 2024 Kings New Years Honours list for her services to Occupational Medicine.
Aggie Michalowska, Community Integration Manager at the Shaw Trust

Aggie fosters meaningful connections and tackles health inequalities to help enhance access to employment support via the 'Connect to Work' programme. This also aims to create new opportunities for local communities.
