The West London Business AGM takes place prior to the West London Business Leaders' Reception and Dinner, with attendance by invitation only. Agenda will be circulated to invited attendees.

Please note that registration for the AGM does not include registration for the Leaders' Reception, which is a ticketed event.

The Agenda for the evening is as follows:

5.50PM – Arrive for prompt start
6PM – AGM starts
6.25PM - Speech by Seema Malhotra MP
6:40PM – AGM wraps and drinks reception starts for the Leader's Dinner (please note this is ticketed, and if you would like to join us for the Dinner, you should do so here by registering here)
7.10pm – Sit down for dinner (Starters and main)
8pm – Helen Elsby (Chief Solutions Officer at Heathrow) in conversation Andrew or Shanker Patel, Chair of West London Business / CEO, Lords Builders Merchants Plc.
8.30PM – Desserts and further networking
9:00PM – Depart
