This year's Summer Reception will be taking place on the rooftop terrace of Venture X White City, an innovative coworking space and also a West London Business Awards winner! Join us for delightful food and drink as we celebrate a summer of football amidst the World Cup finals.

As usual, we will be celebrating the launch of the West London Business Awards 2027 and showcasing our launch partners and the chosen charity partner for this year.

Alongside this, guests will have the special opportunity to be guided around the building and meet some of the other tenants.

Transport for London (TfL) will also be giving an update on the new West London Orbital Overground line that is proposed to run through Hounslow all the way to Hendon and be available for anyone that wishes to discuss the proposed route. 

 **Under Ransom Cyberattack Experience**

We are excited to offer all our guests as part of their ticket to go 'Under Ransom': a collaborative cyber security event hosted by WLB members Fortem IT alongside Arctic Wolf, prior to the main Reception at 6PM from 2-5PM. The session is designed to give business leaders a clear, practical understanding of how ransomware attacks unfold in the real world, along with the operational and commercial impact they can have on organisations. We welcome anyone across an organisation to take part, but would recommend that attendees are limited to two per organisation to ensure there is a diverse range of businesses attending.

The event takes an interactive, discussion-led approach, encouraging attendees to share experiences and gain insight from both cyber security experts and their peers. Light refreshments and snacks will be provided across the afternoon - we recommend you have lunch beforehand. Places are limited and assigned on a first come, first served basis. You will be emailed in advance if you have successfully obtained a place.

We want to make sure our Summer Reception remains accessible to all our members and partners to join us in. As a result, we have frozen our 2026 prices for the Reception:

£55 + VAT - Member's Rate

£79 + VAT - Non-Member's Rate

Your ticket includes a prosecco reception upon arrival, alongside a selection of canapes and drinks from our caterers and previous West London Business Awards winners and WLB members. 

Getting There

There is paid parking within Westfield. We would recommend that guests travel to the venue via public transport - the nearest tube stations are Wood Lane (Hammersmith & City/Circle) and White City (Central).
