Victoria Hills
Victoria Hills MRTPI, FICE
Chief Executive, Royal Town Planning Institute
Victoria joined the RTPI in April 2018 and utilises her 21 years’ experience and expertise in the fields of planning, transport and organisational leadership and development to drive forward the vision and strategic priorities for the 25,000 member strong RTPI. At a time when the profile of town planning and placemaking has never been higher, Victoria is enjoyed to playing her part in making the case for investing in planning and planners, to deliver and preserve quality places and the environment for future generations to come, putting planning centre stage.
Victoria is passionate about planning great ‘liveable’ places for people, with an unrivalled insight into London’s governance; having worked for all three Mayors of London. Prior to joining the RTPI, Victoria was Chief Executive Officer of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation, where she established the UK’s second Mayoral Development Corporation. Prior to this she was Head of Transport for the Greater London Authority, and before that held a variety of roles working for the Mayor of London, and in Transport Consultancy and Local Government. In 2017 Victoria was made a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers and in 2018 joined the Council of the National Infrastructure Planning Association. An experienced public speaker, Victoria recently judged the 2019 Building Construction Industry Awards, the 2019 New Civil Engineer Awards and the 2019 European Women in Construction and Engineering Awards. In March 2019 Victoria was delighted to join the new Board of The Construction Innovation Hub to help shape the work of the new £72 million Construction Innovation Hub, which seeks to transform the UK construction industry.
As Chief Executive of the Royal Town Planning Institute, Victoria uses the convening role of the RTPI to make the case for resourcing planning and advocating the important role of putting planning at the heart of government delivery for the quality places that people want to live in. Driving forward the RTPI’s new Corporate Strategy will see a focus on raising the profile of planning, elevating the value of professionalism, and promoting a diverse and inclusive profession to ensure genuine representation of the society in which we work.
Vikas Arora
Vikas is a seasoned professional with over 20 Yrs. experience across Microsoft, Vodafone and Ericsson in the Digital Media and Telecommunications industry. With his experience supporting the implementation and growth of Search programmes on the advertiser-side an, agency-side , Vikas currently works as a Senor Search Executive at Microsoft Search Advertising, promoting the benefits of the ever-growing Bing Network to Small and Mid-Sized businesses across UK, Ireland and Israel.
Vin Jauhal
Vin Jauhal is an experienced Managing Director succeeding in the I.T. industry for over 20 years with Wem Technology, confidently helping businesses grow through the strategic use of innovative technology and an ability to see things from the customer’s point of view.
A demonstrated history of driving forward the technology industry with strong expertise in Consultancy, Security, Cloud, Telecoms, Licensing, Infrastructure and Service Management. As an award-winning, early adopter at the forefront of innovation, has consistently been ahead of the curve in providing leading-edge technology solutions to help give businesses a strategic advantage, and his experience has helped many companies grow significantly, often in very short time-frames.
With an educational background in Management, Computer Science and Economics, he is noted for his creativity and innovative thinking when helping organisations to meet their objectives. As past Chairman, President and Executive Council Member of the Kensington & Chelsea Chamber of Commerce since 2000, he has been actively helping businesses succeed on a purely voluntary basis.

Will Butler-Adams
Will Butler-Adams joined Brompton Bicycles in 2002, became a director in 2006 and took over as the MD in 2008. Over that period the company has grown from £2million turnover with 27 staff to over £25million turnover with 200+ staff.
Will qualified as a Chartered Engineer (CEng) in 2001 and has been a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society since 2013. He started his career as a project manager for Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) where he worked from 1997 to 2000 and continued as a Plant Manager for DuPont from 2000 to 2002. He joined Brompton at the age of 28, following a serendipitous meeting with the company's Chairman, Tim Guinness, on a coach journey.
Will was appointed Order of the British Empire (OBE) in the 2015 New Year Honours.
Willie Walsh
Mr. Walsh holds a Master of Science Degree in Management and Business Administration from Dublin's Trinity College. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of Aer Lingus Group Plc from October 2001 to May 2005. Mr. Walsh joined Aer Lingus Group Plc in 1979 as a Cadet Pilot and has held a number of senior positions including Chief Operations Officer and Chief Executive of its Futura subsidiary since 1998.
He has been the Chairman of National Treasury Management Agency since December 2014. Mr. Walsh served as Chief Executive Officer of British Airways Plc since October 1, 2005 and its Executive Director from May 3, 2005 to January 21, 2011. He also served as Member of the Management Board of British Airways Plc.
