Route: Boston Manor Park to Brentford
Trade the boardroom for the Golden Mile: join the second of our half-day guided walks this year and spark your team's creativity where urban innovation meets natural green spaces in the 'Brent' area of Golden Mile London. As part of a series of B2B events celebrating the official launch of Golden Mile London this year alongside the Digital Creative Network West, West London Business is arranging a two-part series of coordinated walks.
The Route
Boston Manor House to Brentford Town Centre via the Grand Union Canal
This will be a fantastic walking beginning in lush green historic spaces before making our way towards the Golden Mile, visiting key businesses along the route at 980 Great West Road and JCDecaux's iconic buildings. We will then return to green and blue spaces via the Canal as we head down towards Brentford town centre.
Given the nature of this event, we would recommend wearing comfortable outdoors walking shoes and clothing suitable for the weather on the day. It may be chilly along the canal, so please dress accordingly.

Our Guide: Garry Pratt
The half day guided walk will be led by expert facilitator Garry Pratt, a practitioner of cognitive rewilding. In his own words:
"Founders, investors, leaders, creatives and the inquisitive often come to me because their thinking has become crowded, accelerated, and fragmented.
Modern life is extraordinarily effective at producing activity and increasingly poor at producing clarity.

1pm - Arrive at Brentford Town Centre. Depart or stick around for more networking and lunch.
